Anyone can broker a deal. Our promise is that every deal runs through the same verified system, for suppliers and buyers alike. Same gates, same rules, no exceptions. This is how we protect both sides of the trade.

Verified on both sides

Every counterparty is vetted before any deal: entity registry, UBOs, signatory authority, sanctions screening, fraud-pattern analysis. Hard onboarding gates on both the buyer and seller side.

Proof before payment

Allocation and product are verified through the refinery's and terminal's published channels BEFORE any funds move. No money before product proof, ever.

Dip & pay

The buyer pays only after independent inspection (SGS/Intertek-style) confirms the product is in the tank. No buyer-paid fees before verification.

Declined-entity records

Bad actors that get declined stay declined. Repeat schemes are stopped at the door. The record protects both sides.

How the system works

NCNDA

A mutual non-circumvention and non-disclosure agreement. No counterparty names cross any boundary until this is signed and on record.

Qualification

Buyer and seller confirm mandate, product, specification, volume and delivery. We establish that the deal is real before effort goes in.

Onboarding

Both sides are verified: entity registry, UBOs, signatory authority, sanctions screen, KYC. Buyers complete their full onboarding before any seller presentation.

Proof

Allocation and product are verified through the refinery's and terminal's published channels — before any funds move.

Price

A transparent, Platts-linked price view and open negotiation between the parties. Both sides see the basis of every number.

Offer

A formal, written offer on the agreed terms. Nothing verbal, nothing vague — the deal is documented before it advances.

ICPO

The buyer confirms intent to purchase on the offered terms with an Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order.

Dip & pay

Independent inspection (SGS/Intertek-style) confirms the product in the tank. The buyer pays only against the inspected product.

US lane (Houston): ULSD (not EN-590), priced in barrels (not metric tonnes), max load 430K bbl, roughly one-week load, payment by LC or escrow only. Any other terms on a Houston lift are a red flag on the seller — we hold the line.
